Privacy
Stormglass has no server of its own in the path. It talks to your Kubernetes API, your Docker engine and your cloud provider directly, with your credentials.
Download Stormglass and every feature is unlocked for 14 days, including cloud cost, Docker, the assistant and the MCP server. There is no card and no account. When the trial ends, the app switches to Viewer until you add a license key.
Browse one cluster: live lists, details, events, References, Helm releases and CRDs, and logs from the last 15 minutes. Viewer is read-only, so the terminal, file browser, port forwarding, YAML editing and actions need Pro, as do Docker mode, the assistant, cloud cost and the MCP server. Viewer never expires.
Monthly is $4 a month and you can cancel any time. Yearly is $40, two months free compared with paying monthly, and includes every update while you subscribe. One-time is $65, is yours to keep, and includes 12 months of updates. After that the version you have keeps working; you can buy another year of updates if you want them.
Pay $79 per user once. Each user keeps the version they have forever, with 12 months of updates and 12 months of Team services: SSO, shared settings and central license management. After the first year, Team services renew at $30 per user per year if you want them; the app keeps working either way.
On yearly, you keep the last version released while you were subscribed, with all Pro features. You stop getting new versions. On monthly, the app goes back to Viewer at the end of the month you paid for.
A license is a signed key that the app checks locally. It works offline and on air-gapped networks. The app never needs to reach a license server to start.
One kubeconfig context at a time. You can switch which one, but only one is connected.
Your question and the results of the tools it runs, such as a resource list or log lines, go to the model you configured. Nothing else does. Secret values are masked first. With Ollama or another local model, it all stays on your machine.
Read-only billing and describe permissions are enough for everything except fixes. Fixes need write permission for the resources involved, and each one still asks you to approve it after a dry run.
